The following general booking terms and conditions apply to all bookings made for stays at Chapung Sebali.
Special Internet Rates
Special internet rates apply only to bookings made through our official website at www.chapung.com
Currency & Tax:
All selling rates and billing are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Room and spa rates include a 21% government tax and service charge.
Inclusions:
Room rates include daily breakfast for up to two guests in the Deluxe Suite, Deluxe Pool Suite, and One-Bedroom Villa, and for up to four guests in the Two-Bedroom Villa and The Residence.
Rates are quoted per room, per night, for a maximum of two guests in the Deluxe Suite, Deluxe Pool Suite, and One-Bedroom Villa, or for four guests in the Two-Bedroom Villa and The Residence.
Additional Charges
Additional services, such as extra persons or airport transfers, are available at an additional charge.

Group Booking Limitations
This booking system accommodates reservations for a maximum of five Suites or Villas. For bookings of six or more, please contact us via email for assistance.
Rate Changes
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- An additional charge applies for the 3rd person in the room (only one extra bed is allowed per room per night).
- Children aged 0 – 5 years: Free of charge when sharing a bed with adults or using an extra bed, including daily breakfast for 1 person.
- Children aged 6 – 11 years: IDR 450,000 net per extra bed per night, including breakfast for 1 person.
- Guests aged 12 years and above: IDR 900,000 net per extra bed per night, including breakfast for 1 person.
- IDR 680,000 net per way (maximum 4 persons per car).
- Online Reservations: We highly recommend making reservations online for your convenience.Our booking engine (https://book-directonline.com/chapung-se-bali-resort-and-spa/properties/chapungsebalidirect) uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure that all information is encrypted, providing you with a safe and secure booking experience. You will receive an instant booking confirmation upon completing your reservation.
- Offline Reservations: All offline reservation inquiries will be responded to within 1 working day.
- Advanced Purchase Promotion: Payment submitted is non-refundable in case of cancellation. Changes to dates may be possible under “Force Majeure” circumstances or upon request.
- A one-night cancellation fee will be applied if the booking is canceled within 3 days prior to arrival.
- To verify the validity of your credit card, a charge of US$ 1 will be applied upon reservation. This amount will be immediately voided and returned to your credit card.
- Payment may be settled upon check-in at reception.

- After booking, we will send you a secured online payment link. Please ensure payment is made at least 30 days before arrival. We recommend using this online payment link for security and to avoid showing your credit card at check-in.
- If payment is not received via the online link by 30 days before arrival, we will proceed to charge your credit card manually. In this case, the physical credit card used for payment must be shown upon arrival for verification.
- If payment is made manually and you are unable to show the physical card upon arrival, we will refund the full amount to your credit card, and payment will need to be resubmitted.
- If you settle payment before 30 days and cancel before this period, we will refund the full amount to your credit card. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival.
- Refunds typically take up to 2 weeks, depending on your credit card issuer.
- A 100% cancellation fee will be applied for bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival.
- A 100% charge of the total accommodation rate will apply for early departures.
- A 100% charge will apply for no-shows or cancellations on the day of arrival.

We highly recommend reviewing the terms and conditions of each special promotion for a clear understanding of the details.
Special requests are welcome; however, for specific room locations, bedding types, facilities, or dietary preferences, these must be communicated to us at the time of booking. All special requests should be made in writing. While we will make every effort to accommodate reasonable requests, we cannot guarantee fulfillment unless confirmed in advance. Please note that all bookings with special requests will be treated as standard bookings, subject to the conditions outlined above.
- Chapung Sebali is not responsible for communication difficulties, malfunctions, failures, or any lost, stolen, or misdirected transmissions, messages, or entries, nor for the security of any communications.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations in cases of inappropriate or fraudulent activity, or when reservations result from a mistake or error.
Check-in time is at 14:00.
Check-out time is at 12:00.
Early check-ins are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
Late check-outs are also subject to room availability and additional charges, as follows:
Up to 13:00: No charge (FOC)
Up to 16:00: An additional 30% of the 1-night room rate
Up to 19:00: An additional 50% of the 1-night room rate
After 19:00: An additional full 1-night room rate
- Children are welcome from 0 to 11 years old. Only one child is allowed to share a room with parents, unless otherwise permitted.
- Baby cots are available at no additional cost. Advance booking is highly recommended.
- Babysitting services are available for an additional fee. Advance booking is also highly recommended.
Some resort facilities are complimentary for in-house guests, including scheduled shuttle service to or from Ubud Center, access to the Jungle Fish Pool Bar, and wireless internet throughout the resort. Pets are not allowed at Chapung Sebali. In-house guests and visitors are not permitted to bring any pets or animals, even temporarily, onto the property.
We kindly ask our in-house guests to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner, ensuring that they do not disturb the enjoyment of other guests. In the event that you or your party cause any distress, danger, or inconvenience to others, we reserve the right to terminate your booking and request that you leave the resort immediately. No refunds or compensation for accommodations, facilities, or services will be provided, and we will not cover any expenses or costs incurred as a result of the termination. Full payment for all booked accommodations, facilities, and services must be settled upon check-out.
In-house guests and visitors are financially responsible for any damage or permanent injury resulting from human negligence, the consumption of alcoholic beverages, the use of fireworks, or other inflammable goods, caused to the resort’s property during their stay or visit, including during check-in and check-out.
We are not responsible for the theft or loss of personal belongings during your stay. For your convenience, in-room safes are provided in each villa, as well as safe deposit boxes at the front desk, free of charge, to secure your valuables and personal belongings
General refurbishment is periodically necessary to maintain the high standards of our resort. We will notify guests of any ongoing building or refurbishment work. Should this impact the enjoyment of your stay, we may offer you the option to select a comparable package, book an alternative package, or cancel your reservation if needed.
We cannot accept liability or provide compensation for the failure or improper performance of our obligations to you when prevented by events that are unforeseeable or unavoidable, even with due care. This includes, but is not limited to, war, riots, terrorist activity, natural disasters, nuclear, chemical, or biological incidents, fires, severe weather conditions, and other similar events beyond our control.
We are committed to ensuring that your booking arrangements are handled with care and that everything runs smoothly. In the event of any issues during your stay, please notify a member of our management staff immediately so that we can investigate the matter. If the issue remains unresolved at check-out and you wish to file a complaint, please submit a formal complaint letter via email to info@chapung.com.
Chapung Sebali reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. We kindly encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about any changes. The most recent revision date is indicated at the bottom of this statement.
