General Terms and Agreement

• Special internet rates are only valid if you book through www.chapung.com
• Reservation form has been provided for you and please completes the form we've send to your e-mail and send it back to us
• All reservation inquiry is not automatically confirm and will be replied within 2 working days
• One night non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee your reservation on specific high and peak season period, the rest of the payment should be settled upon check out
• Deposit can also be done by giving us your credit card detail
• Check-in time: 14:00 hrs
• Check-out time: 12:00 hrs
• In case of credit card detail, we will confidentially use the information for further processing
• Your credit card will not automatically charged when you make a reservation
• For payment using a credit card (AMEX, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS) you will get an extra charged 2,7% from the total payment as a Credit Card Fee
• Cancellations more than 15 days prior to arrival: No Charge
• Cancellations less than 1 day prior to arrival: 1 room night charge
• Except on period of:
  July 1st – September 30th: Cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival: 1 room night charge
  December 21st – January 5th: Cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival: 1 room night charge
• Some of the Resort's facilities are free of charge and some of them are chargeable. Please double check or contact us to avoid mis-perception
• Babies from 0-5 years old are accommodated free of charge
• Baby cot is provided with an extra charge of $10 per night
• For children above 12 years old, not allowed to shared the bed with the parents
