  • A complementary airport pick-up and drop-off from 6 nights stay

If you find a lower qualifying rate within 24 hours of making your reservation, we’ll match the lower rate*.

Cancellation policy

Valid for bookings including 3 villas/suites and less.

Flexible :

  • Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival if notified by email at sales@chapung.com
  • One night cancellation fee will be applied if the booking is cancelled within 6 days prior to arrival
  • 100% of total accommodation charge will be applied if the booking is cancelled or modified within 24 hours prior to arrival
  • 100% of total accommodation charge from initial period of stay will be applied for earlier departure
  • 100% of total accommodation charge will be applied for no show

Non-refundable :

  • 100% of total accommodation charge will be applied if the booking is cancelled, modified or in case of no-show
  • All our packages are non-refundable and non-modifiable as we book the services providers, Spa, tours, drivers… as soon as we confirm your booking.

Non-arrival policy

In case of non-arrival, the entire accommodation fare will be charged on the given credit card.

Deposit

  • For all amount equal or higher than 1000 US $, the given credit card will be charged a 25% deposit, upon reservation.
  • For all amount lower than 1000 US $, the given credit card will be charged the value of 1 night stay, upon reservation.

Early check-in and late check out policy

Check-in time : 2pm    |    Check-out time : noon

  • Late check-out is possible:
    – until 4pm, the service will be charged 30% from the room rate
    – until 8pm, the service will be charged 50% from the room rate
  • Early check-in is possible:
    – from noon to 2pm, the service will be charged 20% from the room rate
    – earlier than noon, the service will be charged 50% from the room rate

All early check-in and late check-out are based on availability and have to be discussed with the front office. Without any agreement with a receptionist or pre-notification from the guest, late check-out will be charged on the bill.

Children’s policy

  • We offer a free accommodation for children under 6 years old, if the parental bed is shared
  • We offer free baby cot for kids up to 3 years old (please book in advance)
  • Additional bed are charged 675 000 IDR net per extra person and per night

Policy regarding events

All policies for events are defined in the proposal sent by the Sales & Marketing department, depending on the type of event, date, specific needs in terms of catering as well as the number of attendees.

*We guarantee you the best available rate when you book a room through our official Chapung Se Bali Resort and Spa website. If you find a lower publicly available rate (“Lower Rate”) elsewhere within 24 hours of making your booking, we will match the lower rate, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Reservations must be made through one of the Chapung Se Bali Resort and Spa official website.
  2. The Lower Rate must be for the same type of accommodation, which means the same room type, at the same hotel or resort, with the same dates and length of stay, same number of guests, with a similar view or room size, same designation as either cancellable or non-cancellable, same advance purchase policies and the same terms and conditions governing the room rate.
  3. You must complete and submit a claim submittal email to sales@chapung.com to process the claim.
  4. You must submit your claim within 24 hours of the reservation being made with Chapung Se Bali Resort & Spa and at least 48 hours before the standard check-in time.
  5. You may submit only one claim for each stay. A “stay” means the total number of consecutive nights spent at the same hotel or resort by the same guest or guests. You must complete the stay.
  6. Rate comparisons will be made net of taxes, gratuities, service charges, early departure fees, or other fees and incidental charges. Free breakfast and free or discounted amenities or services offered as part of the Lower Rate will be excluded from the rate comparison, and will not be provided by Chapung Se Bali Resort & Spa when matching the Lower Rate.
  7. Chapung Se Bali Resort & Spa reserves the right to deny a claim, if it cannot independently verify the availability of a Lower Rate at the time it processes the claim. The Lower Rate must be bookable on another website. Advertised or inquiry only rates do not qualify.
  8. Chapung Se Bali Resort & Spa may at any time and without notice terminate or restrict a person’s ability to submit a claim under or otherwise benefit from the Best Rate Guarantee if in its sole discretion Chapung Se Bali Resort & Spa determines that such person has: (a) acted in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws or ordinances; (b) acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner; (c) submitted multiple invalid Best Rate Guarantee claims; (d) failed to stay at Chapung Se Bali Resort & Spa after receiving approved Best Rate Guarantee claims; or (e) breached any of these terms and conditions.
  9. The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to existing reservations that are not booked through a Chapung Se Bali Resort & Spa website, and Chapung Se Bali Resort & Spa is not responsible for any fees associated with cancelling a reservation made through a different channel (e.g., a call centre, a non-Chapung Se Bali Resort & Spa booking channel).
  10. The Best Rate Guarantee will be suspended during times where the Chapung Se Bali Resort & Spa website or certain rates are not available due to an outage, a technical issue or a circumstance beyond Chapung Se Bali Resort & Spa’ reasonable control.
  11. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Best Rate Guarantee or these terms and conditions shall be handled individually without any class action, and shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws in which the Chapung Se Bali Resort & Spa being booked is located.
  12. Unless prohibited by law, Chapung Se Bali Resort & Spa reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, suspend or discontinue the Best Rate Guarantee program and the terms and conditions at anytime in its sole discretion and without prior notice.

Our Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to the following:

  1. Reservations booked via another website than Chapung Se Bali Resort & Spa website
  2. Hotel packages or travel packages that may include hotel, airfare, car rental, food and beverage offers or other similar packages or amenities
  3. Discount or negotiated rates not available to the general public, including but not limited to membership rates, corporate, government, promotional, unpublished, packaged or opaque rates, group or other specially negotiated rates or rates available on closed membership sites
  4. Auction sites or sites where reservation holders are re-selling confirmed reservations
  5. Reservations made within 24 hours of arrival
  6. Taxes, gratuities, service charges, early departure fees or other fees and incidental charges
  7. Rate disparities due to fluctuations, rounding or differences in currency exchange rates

 

Dear Guests, we are expanding and improving our Resort and therefore we apologize for the noise and disturbance it may cause.
